Who will be cleaning our building?
A cleaning team assigned to your building and briefed on your site before the first service. Texana writes the scope, supervises and inspects the work, and is responsible to you for the result.
Who is allowed in our building after hours?
Only the team assigned to your site. Everyone on that team is background-checked and follows our written conduct and key-control rules. If someone is not the right fit for your building, we replace them.
What happens during a free walkthrough?
We visit the building, measure or confirm the cleanable square footage, note floor types, restrooms, breakrooms and access rules, and ask what is and is not working today. It usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on size. There is no obligation.
How quickly will we get a proposal?
Our goal is to schedule your walkthrough within two business days of your request and deliver a written proposal within three business days of the walkthrough.
How is pricing calculated?
Recurring cleaning is usually a flat monthly price based on square footage, the tasks in your scope, how often each task happens, and the floor types in the building. Specialty work like strip and wax or carpet extraction is priced per project. We put every assumption in writing so you can compare apples to apples.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Our standard agreement has an initial term followed by month-to-month service, with a cancellation clause. The proposal lays out the exact terms before you sign anything.
How do you check quality?
Your account manager inspects your building on a regular schedule using a written checklist based on your scope, shares the results with you, and makes sure any missed items are corrected. You always have one person to call.
What if something is missed?
Tell your account manager. We log it, get it corrected, and look at whether the scope, the schedule or the crew needs to change so it does not happen again.
Who provides supplies and equipment?
Our cleaning teams bring the equipment and cleaning chemicals. Consumables like paper products and liners can be included in your price or billed separately — your proposal will say which.
Which areas do you serve?
The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Richardson, McKinney and surrounding cities. If you are not sure we cover your address, ask — we will give you a straight answer.
Do you clean homes?
No. We focus only on commercial, medical and industrial facilities.
