Industrial buildings have two cleaning jobs that are often handled badly by one vendor: the office, restrooms and breakrooms your people use every shift, and the large-format floor where dust, debris and spills affect safety and inspections.

We scope both separately. Office-side janitorial runs on a nightly or shift-based schedule, while warehouse floors get a plan matched to the floor type and traffic — ride-on scrubbing, sweeping, and periodic degreasing — performed by teams equipped for large square footage.

What’s typically included

  • Office, restroom, locker room and breakroom janitorial
  • Ride-on and walk-behind auto-scrubbing of sealed concrete
  • Sweeping of aisles, docks and staging areas
  • Spot degreasing and spill response on a scheduled basis
  • High dusting of reachable racking edges, ledges and fixtures (scope-dependent)
  • Trash consolidation to designated dumpsters and compactors
  • Shift-change or weekend scheduling around operations
  • Post-move-in and tenant-turnover cleans for new buildings

Schedules

Office areas usually run 3–5 times a week. Production and warehouse floors are scheduled by traffic — weekly, biweekly or monthly scrubbing is common.

A good fit for

  • Distribution and fulfillment centers
  • Third-party logistics (3PL) facilities
  • Flex and light-industrial buildings
  • Light manufacturing and assembly
  • Service centers and showroom-warehouses

Questions

Can you work around 24/7 operations?

Yes. We schedule by zone and shift so active aisles and docks stay open, and we follow your site safety, PPE and forklift traffic rules.

Do you clean racking at height?

Work at height is scoped case by case. We will tell you during the walkthrough what our teams can safely do and what requires lifts or a specialist.

Do you handle hazardous material cleanup?

No. Hazardous material spills need a licensed environmental contractor. We handle routine floor and facility cleaning.
