Floors are the most visible sign of whether a building is maintained, and the most expensive surface to neglect. A planned program costs less than restoring floors that have been left too long.

We identify each floor type during the walkthrough, recommend a maintenance cycle, and put periodic floor work on a calendar so it actually happens. Floor projects are handled by floor-care specialists with the right equipment for each surface.

Questions

Can you do floor work without our janitorial contract?

Yes. Floor care can be a one-time project or a standalone program.

Will strip and wax disrupt our business?

We schedule floor work for nights or weekends and plan drying time so the space is usable when your staff returns.

How do I know which floors I have?

We identify them during the walkthrough and explain the care each one needs.
