Post-Construction Cleaning

Turnover day does not move because the cleaning crew was late. We plan construction cleans around your schedule, coordinate with your superintendent, and show up staffed for the square footage.

Our post-construction work is usually priced per square foot by phase, and we quote it after walking the site with your team. When the building’s owner or tenant needs recurring janitorial after turnover, we can propose that too — so the building stays at the standard it was handed over in.

What’s typically included

• Rough clean: debris removal, sweeping and clearing work areas after framing and drywall
• Final clean: dust removal from all surfaces, fixtures, cabinets, vents and ledges
• Window and glass cleaning, including label and residue removal
• Hard-floor cleaning and initial floor finish where specified
• Carpet vacuuming and spot treatment
• Restroom and breakroom detail for turnover
• Touch-up clean after punch-list work and before owner walkthrough
• Occupied-space cleans for phased tenant improvements

Schedules

Most projects use two or three phases — rough, final and touch-up. Larger projects may schedule weekly maintenance cleans during construction.

How do you price construction cleaning?

Usually per square foot per phase, confirmed after a site walk. Glass-heavy or high-ceiling spaces are scoped separately so there are no surprises.

Can you start on short notice?

Often, depending on size. Call as early as you know your turnover date — even a tentative date helps us reserve a crew.

Do you provide documents for GC onboarding?

Yes. We provide the vendor paperwork your project requires, such as a W-9 and certificates of insurance once issued.
