A clinic is judged in the waiting room and the restroom before a patient ever sees a provider. Behind the scenes, exam rooms and operatories need consistent, documented disinfection using the products and dwell times your practice specifies.

We write a site scope that separates patient areas, clinical areas and staff areas, and agree on which tasks your clinical staff own and which our crews own. Cleaning teams assigned to healthcare accounts complete bloodborne pathogen training and sign confidentiality agreements before their first shift.

What’s typically included

  • Waiting room, reception and check-in counter cleaning and disinfection
  • Exam room and operatory floor care and non-clinical surface disinfection
  • Restrooms, staff lounges and break areas
  • High-touch point disinfection with EPA-registered products
  • Regular-trash and recycling handling (regulated medical waste stays with your licensed hauler)
  • Hard-floor care for VCT, sheet vinyl and LVT common in clinics
  • Optional electrostatic disinfection
  • Periodic carpet extraction in offices and corridors

Schedules

Most practices need cleaning on every day they see patients, typically after the last appointment. Larger medical office buildings often add a day porter for common restrooms and lobbies.

A good fit for

  • Dental and orthodontic practices
  • Primary care and specialty clinics
  • Physical therapy and outpatient rehab
  • Urgent care and imaging centers (non-surgical areas)
  • Medical office buildings and their common areas

Questions

Do your crews handle sharps or regulated medical waste?

No. Sharps and regulated medical waste remain the responsibility of your clinical staff and licensed medical-waste hauler. Our crews handle general trash and recycling.

Which disinfectants do you use?

EPA-registered products appropriate for healthcare settings, used at the label’s required dwell time. If your infection-control policy names a specific product, we use that one.

How do you handle patient privacy?

Crews are instructed not to read, move or discard paperwork, and they sign confidentiality agreements. We will also follow any additional site rules your practice has.
