Most office cleaning problems are not about effort. They are about nobody owning the result: a crew that changes every few months, a scope that lives in someone’s head, and no one walking the building to see whether the work matches what you pay for.

We start with a walkthrough and turn what we see into a room-by-room scope with frequencies. A consistent cleaning team is assigned to your building, and your Texana account manager inspects the work on a regular schedule, sends you the findings, and is the one person you call when something needs to change.

What’s typically included

  • Trash and recycling removal, liner replacement
  • Restroom cleaning, disinfection of fixtures and restocking
  • Breakroom and kitchen cleaning, including appliance exteriors and sinks
  • Vacuuming carpet and dust-mopping / damp-mopping hard floors
  • Dusting of reachable horizontal surfaces and high-touch point disinfection
  • Entry glass, lobby and elevator cab detailing
  • Day porter coverage for lobbies, restrooms and conference rooms (optional)
  • Periodic work on a calendar: high dusting, vent cleaning, baseboards

Schedules

Common schedules are 5 nights a week for occupied offices and 2–3 visits a week for smaller suites. We will suggest a frequency based on headcount and traffic, not on what is easiest to sell.

A good fit for

  • Corporate offices and regional headquarters
  • Multi-tenant Class A/B office buildings
  • Professional services firms
  • Bank branches and financial offices
  • Showrooms and sales offices

Questions

Do you clean during business hours?

Most recurring office work happens after hours. If you need daytime coverage, a day porter can handle restrooms, lobbies and spills while your staff is on site.

Who supplies paper products and liners?

Either way works. We can include consumables in the monthly price or bill them separately at a disclosed rate; the proposal spells out which.

Can you take over mid-contract from our current provider?

Yes. Tell us your current notice period and we will plan the start date, key handoff and a first-week deep clean around it.
